Hi,
Hope someone can help me. I attended a tribunal today which overturned the Benefits Agency decision to deny me JSA. I was informed that BA could appeal against this. If so what else can I do? How do I find out if they are going to pay up or appeal?
Thanks.

You'll normally find out when they pay up. It is very rare that the DWP appeal a tribunal decision.0
