Sorry I lost track of threads, just looking at the Bit Tech site for general info.

Look out for the latest version of the Be Quiet! Dark Power Pro whose wattage is higher, but instead of the original German company that build the earliest models, that is also another one by FSP.

I personally chose an Antec 650W PSU back in 2008 so even though it would depend what game you were playing, see if you have the budget to step up a notch. The website version of what I read orignally is here;
