Epson printer stopped printint black?

Hi all i have an espon printer which has decided that its not going to print black anymore :mad:

Ive changed the ink cartridge and run the head cleaning and print nozzle clean a few times but still nothing, i even bought the genuine epson ink but still no black

Please can someone help me or shall i buy a new printer

If i gotta buy a new one can anyone recommend an all in one printer brand that will not use loads of ink

You could use a head cleaning cartridge, depending on one being available for your printer. Otherwise use head cleaning fluid, and drill a couple of holes in an empty cartridge of the same colour you need to flush. Avoid over using either method, run a couple of head cleans then put a cartridge in and see how it is.

If you get a new Epson printer, check if it uses T1295 inks, as they are the more expensive compatibles at the moment

Has the printer showed a requires service box?
