I received both of mine OK but was expecting the sizes to be small considering theyre both designer brands. Got XL but the t shirt is way too big.

Received hoody today. Escalated paypal to a claim yesterday. Have had an email today saying they have responded. Am now awaiting their decision. Will have to wait and see and if a t shirt turns up in the meantime.

I got the hoody last week, have had nothing from them regarding the free tshirt, just checked the site & the tshirt says its been cancelled. I only ordered the hoody because it was such a good deal & judging by the above posts I'm not going to get very far when I ring them. SO annoying. As others have said, first & last order from The Hut.

I have just called them & they said that everyone who ordered this would receive 'a voucher' this week, very mysterious & questionable I think! We shall see!

Have also had a reply to my email saying i will be getting a 'code' to claim my replacement t shirt.
Will let you know when / if i get it.

Hi,

I received the Tshirt from this order and just logged into to find that the hoody has been cancelled! I called them and they said it has been cancelled due to them not having any stock anymore on the website. I asked them what they could do and this was the whole point of me buying was that it was a free gift and she said that they are going to be sending out codes for a free whatever part of the order wasn't received (in my case the hoody) she saids they are going to be sending them out in the next few days. HTH and is true

Nope .. I rang them again today to find out what was happening and was told i'd have the voucher by the end of this week!

I emailed them yesterday asking about the code , got a reply saying all emails have been sent out for 5 pound off any shirts. Not what i had been told unless they have fcuk t shirts for a fiver. Have replied to email saying i haven't received any email and that a five pound off code is not acceptable.
Will let you know if i get any response. :mad:
