EXPIRED jack & jones hoody & FCUK tshirt for £14.99 - the hut!

Phoned them re my 'pending' paypal payment to them and my cancelled order, nothing they can do to release the funds. Said I had to contact paypal. Paypal say I have to open a dispute but I can't as the payment is pending not complete. Another MSE has said these funds get released if the payment not claimed in so many days.

right, received my jack jones hoody today. no t shirt, looked on my thehut account and tshirt showing as cancelled. phoned up thehut and they are receiving more tshirts from supplier and will then send the missing tshirts out to all who ordered them. She couldn't give me a timeframe on this though. hope this helps a little bit.

When i phoned this morning they said no t-shirts would be sent out if you dont like it then send hoody back

Received hoody no tee shirt - phoned up customer services they could not tell me anything but got the ladies name and her Managers name who are meant to be ringing me back - also sent off stinking email saying they are a fraud as their confirmation email confirmed both were in stock and that was point of ordering the hoody because of the special offer I had no invoice or any confirmation that the tee shirt was not in stock or following later - we will see !!!!!!!!!!

Received T-shirt this morning.......... No hoody! My hut account has the hoody as cancelled? Just called them and have been told that they are unable to get any more hoodies. Told them I would be returning the T-shirt for a full refund.

Still waiting for my hoody ( i know they cancelled the t shirt ) wonder if they will send out t shirts then ?? Don't want to send back hoody when i get it if they are sending out t shirts.
I was told on the phone by Chris that there were no t shirts so i would have to send hoody back. He emailed me return address.
Aaah what a nightmare.:(

i will NEVER buy from TheHut again, ridiculous isnt the word. i bought the chinos that were on offer for £3.99 the same day as i bought the hoodyt-shirt offer.

Received hoody, no chinos and no free tee! Grr. Will be writing a nice complaint letter.
