Eligability for income based JSA

Hi
Hubby has been on JSA for 6 months so his JSA has now stopped.
I earn 18k and we get £348.94 a month working tax credits and £253.34 a month child tax credit. We also get the standard child benefit.
We have no savings (actually considering bankruptcy) or other income.
Would he be eligable for income based JSA or do I "earn" too much?

you earn more than the threshold so no he can't claim IB JSA.0

Do you know what the threshold is?
Any idea what he might be entitled too? I know that we might be eligable (again) for housing benefit and or council tax benefit but is there anything else we should be looking out for?0 -
£105 per week (the same as JSA for a couple)0

£105 per week? Is that the threshold for earnings or what you get paid in IB JSA?0

As stated above, they would expect a couple to live off of £105 per week, (that's what a couple claiming JSA would get) you earn more than that so that means he's not eligible for IB JSA.0

Ah I see!
Thanks for clearing that up.0
