I am absolutely fuming with Kitbag.com having just got off the phone to their sales department (customer services are closed at the weekend!!!) to find they have cancelled part of my order and not even informed me about it

Having waited till lunch-time today and still no delivery I called to find out where my order was, only to be told that the football boots had been cancelled on 10/03/05 (the day I ordered) and were out of stock but the rest of the order had been dispatched ... so much for paying extra for next day delivery!!!

I received no notification that the boots had been cancelled and full payment of the order has been taken from my bank account.

I am so annoyed because my son needs these boots for a cup match tomorrow (he had his others stolen from school earlier in the week) and now we have no boots and because they have taken the money for them I can't get any elsewhere
