British Gas
Hi moneysavers , just need a bit of advice really british gas have been aware that my night time rate has not been correct since the beginning of the year and still haven't corrected it even though I have phoned and had two engineers out to back me up! (yes they think I am lying) I have now been billed over £1000 for three months usage there is no way I have used that much!!!!! I have called and called and still noone is willing to tell me what is going on .If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated many thanks :T

Forget phoning the Customer Service desk - Write to BG setting out your problem in detail and the history of the way they have delt with it so far, heading the letter Complaint.
If they don't resolve it to your satisfaction in 8 weeks, send the file to the Energy Ombudsman0 -
