Awful interference on line with 18185

Does anyone else get awful interference on the line when they try to use 18185? I have been registered with them for about two years but in the last two months, every time I try to use it there is dreadful interference on the line when I first call. If I ring off and try again, usually it is alright the second time but as my company is using it for business too, it causes problems with our clients.

Don't forget to click on the "This has not solved my problem, click here for the Customer Services form >>"Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
