I sent an e-mail 3 days ago regarding some Pampers Wipes which were completely dry at the top but sopping wet at the bottom. I had an immediate response back and £10 worth of vouchers in the post this morning. A great attitude from them and quite a result.
Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
