It says web exclusive price but I did a reserve to my local store no problem.

Me neither. I wouldn't spend £20 on a toaster unless it's been reviewed & recommended by a well respected source, let alone £399 on a TV of unknown performance.

just having another look around, this tv doesn't have built in freeview. cancels it out for me
