mbna credit card ppi

in Reclaim PPI & other insurance
i had a credit card with the above company i requested my cca and on closer inspection realised i was being charged ppi when it is clearly ticked the no box next to do you want ppi how do i claim this back

    I had the same theyupheld in about 3 weeks just waiting for my cheque now :-)
    MBNA Upheld £20,663.63 2/11/11, cheque recieved 25/11/11 :j
    Capital One Upheld 11/11/11 £2793.21 cheque recieved 2/12/11 :j
    Santander rejected by them 11/11/11, counter rejected by me 17/11/11. x2 letters advising they need another 4 weeks and then another rejection:rotfl:

    You don't need to. They do it for you and should send a break down of the payment, should you succeed.

    WTS and when I did a 'simplistic' calc it sounded *about* right, I'm now going to go for the charges associated with the PPI;)
