Ipad to Ipod?

Hi I hope someone can help,

I've had my Ipad2 a few months now and been buying songs off itunes on it, is there any way I can transfer the songs from my ipad to my ipod classic?

yes, sync the ipad with itunes and then sync your ipod with the same itunes.

or

open itunes and go to the itunes store then under 'quick links' click 'purchased' and select 'music' and redownload the music from there, then sync the ipod.

I don't have an ipad so I'm not sure this will work. But have you tried syncing the ipad to your computer and then syncing the ipod to the computer afterwards?

This is the method i used to transfer music to a new ipod I got.

again don't know how the ipad works. So im sorry if this doesnt help
