Reactions from banks to claims?

Hey all, I have several claims in the pipeline, but just wanted to ask if anyone else has had credit limits reduced or accounts closed as a result of PPI claims?
Since I claimed, this has happened to me twice. A perfectly well managed card had the credit limit reduced to just above the balance, and another card near the limit but always paid on time has just been closed. In the later case I've held the card for 20 years.
Am I putting two and two together to make 5 here? I'm not in default with any of them and pay them on time all the time. I'm not overly bothered as I plan to get rid of all cards over the next two years, but just seemed a massive coincidence to me that a month after I start a claim they do this?

Banks aren't allowed to treat people differently because of a complaint and quite frankly most wouldn't have the competence to do so even if they wanted to.
If you've managaged the account well, its in their financial interest for you to have accounts and rack up debt (and interest payments). So I can't see why they would want to close them down.
Perhaps, they're finally questioning the sanity of lending thousands and thousands of pounds to people at massive credit card interest rates?0
