PO Index Linked Offers - Confused!

Back in July I took out a post office Index Linked Bond
that paid RPI plus 0.5%.
I'm sure at the time there was a get out that if
after I had held the bond for over one year then I could
get all the money plus interest back, minus 0.25%.

Looking at the new post office linked offers
(the 3 year, and the 5 year), it seems that the one year
get out has been removed.

Have I got all this right, or have I got confused
somewhere?

Ahh...that's where I've got confused.
Mine is NS&I.
So I take it that the PO does not offer the get-out,
and that NS&I do not offer the product at the moment?
