q) Money has appeared in my account. Can I spend it?
a) NO!
What... you mean when I get paid I'm not allowed to spend it? If my sister loans me a tenner and pays me straight into my bank account, I'm not allowed to spend it?
You mean money is only ever allowed to go into my account, and never out of it?
Gee, life's gonna be a bit lean from now on, but at least my savings will mount up fast! You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.0 -
If the money appeared on my account for no particular reason obviously I will not spend it Especially if I don't know where does it came from. Thanks.0

I've seen somewhere a page about snowballing (I enven printed off the calculation) - paying of debts if the order of lowest first. I'm having such a hard time navigating this site. Going round in circles. Please can someone talk me through it. (Not even sure I know where to look for the answer to this question).

If I go overdrawn on my account, why do I have to pay a penalty?!!!
(or am I being unreasonable)
You have to pay a penalty because you have borrowed money without asking. How would you feel if someone borrowed your money without asking?Money is the headache, money is the cure!0 -

But it isn't a penalty, it's a fee for a service... - that's what the whole court case was about.
And if you believe the above you'll believe anything! The whole sorry saga turns my stomach.0
