Transfer of Egg Money to Barclaycard

No issues at all. Online setup was a doddle - why can't other credit cards be as good?
The only minor issue was it appeared that I have been put on online statements - but a quick secure message sorted that out. Was quickly replied to without any issues.0 -
DD not taken. Awaiting reply to message sent yesterday & complaint message sent today. Was assured by Egg the DD would transfer with no problem whatsoever0

Egg didn't offer paper statements so why was that a problem?0 -

No problems here either. Cashback showing correctly - I took print outs to ensure I could prove what it was supposed to be. Direct debit transferred correctly. Quite happy with the service so far. The web interface seems better than Egg as well, with more detailed information available on transactions.
I was all for cancelling the card when I heard Barclays had bought the account. But having seen the website and the fact that they have kept the 1% cashback means they keep me as a customer.
Until they remove the cashback, of course. Then I'll be off.0 -

I have had no problems whatsoever. Very smooth process.
Still to pay first payment right enough, always pay full balance when due.Mortgage free

I didn't know that. I was with Egg from the very beginning and never had the option for paper statements. Not that it matters, bit late now.0
