CBT assessment - for income protection

Hi

I've been signed off work for 13 weeks now with fibromyalgia and depression.
The company i work for has group income protection and i have received lots of paperwork and now have to go for a CBT assessment - to see whether CBT could help me. I assume i have to agree to whatever treatment is being advised before the insurance company will even consider paying the income protection.

Can anyone give me any advice about what to expect during the assessment? I'm rather nervous about it and news of anyone else's experiences would be really helpful...thanks in advance :)
