Apps trf from ipod to galaxy?

My son has lots of apps on my ipod, but is due to get his own i-phone shortly (probably not Apple, maybe Galaxy). Is there any way he can transfer his apps from the ipod to a galaxy, and if so, can he keep the content (i.e. on tinyzoo etc)?

no, the ipod runs iOS and all the galaxy phone runs android, therefore each platforms apps cannot be run on the other

you can check what apps are available for android here: https://market.android.com/ so you/he can check if the apps he wants are even available on the android platform.
