Best iphone 4s Deals?

I'm after an iphone 4s with (at least) 900 anytime mins, 500MB+ data (not too bothered about texts).
What good deals are there around and out of interest, has anyone bought an iphone 4s recently?
Let me know.....thanks! :)

...then you can pay £25 to GiffGaff and get 1500 mins, unlimited texts and unlimited web. For £20 you get 800 mins. There is no contract - it's pay as you go.
900m+500t+Unltd/500Mb are available for 12*£16 or for 1x£20 from chitter-chatter.
    1200+3000+1Gb cost 6x£18 at talkmobile

    ATM t-mobile are doing 900+500+Unltd/500Mb for 12x£17.92 with £50.50 cashback, i.e. effectively for 12x£13.70

And referral links are not allowed on this board.

This deal was coming up as £40.85 (?)....with the Handset costing £29.99.
Do you have a direct link to this deal at all?

No. I was replying to the post about giffgaff (sim-only).
12x£17.92 at t-mobile is a sim-only deal that you can use if you buy a sim-free phone elsewhere.
  • If you are eligible for the vodafone 20% discount it is pretty hard to beat them, also i did some maths on this, because the discount is applied to the monthly tariff and not the phone it works out cheaper over 12 months to go for the highest tariff available (1200 mins and 750Mb), bizarre but true

Yeah, i've been thinking about changing over to Vodafone.
I think they're the only ones giving the phone away free (with the £41 Tarriff).
    I'll look into this....cheers!
