Blackberry Desktop Manager and Outlook 2000

I was hoping to be able to synchronise my PC Outlook calendar and contacts with my Blackberry 8520

Seems that the current version of BDM is not compatable with Outlook 2000 and that the most recent version which would be was v 4.2.2

This is no longer available on Blackberry's site and I wondered if anyone knew of where I might locate a download for this version?

Also wonder if loading such an old version could have repercussions on other aspects of my PC????

Not very technical so any advice/tips would be appreciated.

    Why not update Outlook?

Bit if you need BDM 4.2, it's here(haven't checked it myself).

Did you uninstall the other version beforehand and then re-boot before installing the old version?

I'll post the software solution to your PM inbox.

    Thanks.
Yes, I did uninstall from Add/Remove programmes in Control Panel and I did re-boot.
