in Reclaim PPI & other insurance
called lloyds again (turning into a daily occurance) they said letters have been sent out to customers who should have been paid by now but havent giving them a new total up to 21st oct with the interest etc added.... and these were sent out last monday !! has anyone actually recieved these letters??

she also said the cheque will follow "very shortly" ! how long is "very shortly" aarrrrgggghhhhhh

    Hi

    No letter arrived to me yet.

    Waiting for 2 cheque payments to arrive and these are on 2 closed accounts.

    So what exactly should the letter entail? Cheers.;)

    they said ia a new sum with a new figure on it which is good i suppose - but after reading that almost everyone on here has now been paid i'm wondering where my money is ! lol

    got my offer letter in sept so about 7 weeks

    i've been emailing them back and forth aswell as calling them each day. but i'll drop them another email to see whats going on. not sure been told i'm getting both methods ! so unsure
