Northern magazine theatre prize draw terms & conditions

1. You must register with MyNorthern to be entered into the competition.
2. Existing customers of MyNorthern will be entered into the draw when they login and "opt in" for their chance to win.
3. The promotion is open to people resident in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man except for employees (and their families) of Northern Rail, their agencies or any other persons or company directly connected with the administration of this prize draw.
4. Closing date for entries is 28 February 2012. The prize winner will be randomly drawn under independent supervision and the judge's decision is final.
5. The prize consists of a two tickets to a London theatre performance, return rail travel to London for two adults and one nights’ accommodation in a 4* hotel on bed and breakfast basis. The winner and their guest will be responsible for transport to and from the train station and all other personal expenses. The prize is available up to the end of June 2012 (subject to availability) and excludes Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended. No cash alternative is available; prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. At least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older. If you (as the winner) are under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 years of age or older. Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Terms and conditions of the carriers apply.
