washing Machine Warranty with COMMET

I bought an automatic washing machine from Comet 14mths ago cost few hundred pounds, plus an extra £80 plus for an extra 2 year warranty which should act in exactly the same way as Manufacturer's warrant. Not as far as Comet is concerned as they state if it breaks down they only repair not replace. As I see it they are pulling the wool over their customer's eyes. In effect my washer was not initially of good quality, as last week, the spinner went faulty, not working. Commet are to send engineer out but I told them if it happens again then I want it replacing. they refuse to replace , only to repair. This, is surely wrong under Consumer rights and other bodies of legal protection. Can anyone else reply if you have been in the same position as myself.

Err...you are wrong. They are entitled to repair/replace/refund....I'll leave you to search on MSE and or Google under what circumstances!0
