moving in an IVA?

HI ALL,JUST TO LET YOU KNOW YOUR DOING A WONDERFUL JOB HELPING OTHERS!:beer:

JUST A QUICK QUESTION,HOPE YOU CAN HELP:
IT LOOKS LIKE MYSELF AND MY PARTNER IN THE NOT TOO DISTANT FUTURE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR AN IVA.AS US YOU MAY THINK THIS GREAT AS WE DO.HOWEVER AT THE PRESENT TIME WE RENT AND THIS CONTRACT ENDS IN APPROX 6 MONTHS,WE HAVE A SUSPICION THAT THE LANDLORD WONT RENEW THE CONTRACT,AND IF HE DOESNT WE MAY FIND IT IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ELSEWHERE TO RENT ESPECIALLY BEING IN AN IVA.
HAVING THAUGHT FOREWARD ABOUT EVENTS THAT MAY OR MAY NOT HAPPEN,WE ASKED PARENTS WEATHER THEY WOULD ACCOMMODATE US,THEY REPLIED THAT THEY WOULD FOR A PRICE,HAVING ASKED FIGURES AND NUMBERCRUNCHING,THERES NOT ALOT OF DIFFERANCE BETWEEN RENTING OFF THE OPEN MARKET AND OFF THEM!.HOWEVER MY QUESTION IS IF THE ABOVE HAPPEND HOW WOULD THE I.P./SUPERVISOR REACT TO THIS??????.

you need to explain this to your IP so they can factor in a potential rent increase or decrease in 6 months time, they can put this into your proposal now, it's better to do this than wait and then find you are in difficulty, you would probably need a letter from your parents stating what they will be charging you as proof.

On a slight side note, please don't post in capitals it looks like you are shouting and is very difficult to read

Hi I know am new but am 5months off the end of my iva and thought would let you know what happened at the start of mine..when I called to arrange the IVA I was living at home and not paying bery much rent to say the least. Anyway when someone called me back to sort out what all my outgoings were the person I spoke to asked what the average rent was in the area I lived in and then said I should get my mum to write a letter confirming how much I paid, the figure she put was a lot more than what I actually was saying therefore giving me some spare cash if you like, they called it creative accounting, am just letting you know as the IVA people generally take every spare penny you get unless you can show otherwise if you get my drift.
