Problem with new Belkin keyboard

I bought a wired illuminated keyboard today in PC World, model no. F8E894UKBND-GLO, but I can't get my system to recognise it (running XP Pro), so I've had to reconnect my old keyboard. I've looked on the Belkin website and can't find this product, nor can I find any drivers on the Net. I'm not very techie-minded. I've emailed Belkin and am waiting for a response. Any suggestions please?
