Can anyone help me, I have had a letter from the court with my claim on Barclays stating: It is ordered that
1. Defence is unsigned
2. Defendant to file signed Defence within 14 days or Defence be struck out
3. Notice pursuant to CPR3.3(5)(a)and(b)
Does anyone know what all this means, I have come this far and now I am stuck as I don't know what to do?

This is very good news for you. You are the claimant in court. The bank is the defendant. They have submitted a defence, and not signed it. If they don't resubmit a signed defence within two weeks, you will win the claim in court. You want to hope they are too busy to reply in time. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
