The prize is for a 3-night city break for 2 adults in Milan, Italy. Accommodation is provided for 3 nights at a minimum 4*property on a room only basis and the winner will be offered a selection of properties to choose from on their selected dates. Flights are available from selected regional departures with minimum baggage allowance per person included any additional baggage will not be covered. Additional passengers may be added to the holiday, subject to availability and at the full advertised price for both flights and accommodation.
Prize winner and family are responsible for their own transport to and from the UK departure point and transfers within Italy, additional pre-bookable services and for any discretional spend during their stay.
Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking. Tour operator booking conditions apply. Holiday is operated by Flexibletrips, ATOL 0020. Taxes and government charges are the responsibility of the winner along with any additional charges at the hotels and attractions. Holiday insurance is not included in the prize and must be purchased before travelling. Prize winner and family members are responsible for ensuring they each hold adequate travel insurance and each have a valid passport.
The prize is subject to availability and Advantage Travel Centres Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. Advantage Travel Centres Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss or injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without prior consent. The prize is non-transferable and the winner must travel. No refunds or changes allowed once the holiday is booked. There is no cash alternative. Only one entry is allowed per person. Illegible entries or those not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified; by entering the competition, competitors will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules
