1. By entering into this Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

This Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) aged 18 and above (the "Participants") and excludes employees of the Imperial Chemical Industries Limited/AkzoNobel group of companies, their families or agents or any other person connected with the running of this Prize Draw.
3. To enter the Prize Draw, you must complete & submit the entry form at www.duluxtrade.co.uk/tyres. No purchase necessary.
4. This Prize Draw will run from 1st August 2011 until 31st December 2011. All entries must be received before midnight on 31st December 2011. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
5. No third party or joint submissions will be accepted.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged or lost.
7. Three winners will each win a set of tyres (4 tyres in a set) for their van. Winning van must be owned by the winner/the winner's business. Each tyre can be up to a maximum value of £125 each.
8. The prize provider is Imperial Chemical Industries Limited, Wexham Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL2 5DS.
9. The draw will take place on 9th January 2012 and the winners will be notified by 23rd January 2012.
10. 10. The prize is subject to availability and the Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute prizes of a similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11. No cash equivalent or alternative will be provided for any prize awarded under the Prize Draw and prizes are not redeemable for cash.
12. The prize is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
13. The Prize Provider reserves the right, with or without cause to exclude any Participants in this Prize Draw or withhold any prize where there has been a violation of any of these terms and conditions.
14. In the event of a dispute the decision of the Prize Provider is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By participating in this Prize Draw, all Participants are deemed to give their consent to appear in future publicity materials or other promotional events and activities related to this Prize Draw.
16. The Promoter, at the determination of the Prize Provider, reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Prize Draw in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice or compensation.
17. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Promoter and the Prize Provider exclude:
18. all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied; and
19. any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any Participant in connection with this Prize Draw. This shall not be deemed to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Promoter, the Prize Provider or their employees or agents.

21. This Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
