Are you both using iTunes on the same PC under the same user? Are you using cloud doing the same?

What iCloud does, is every time you such your phone it "pushes"data -albeit photos, music, whatever-to,any othe apple devices within range. I suspect that is what could be happening here and I emphasise on "could".

So, when did this actually happen.? Is it when either one of you synch your phones? Or is it just your phone that is effected or is it both?

are you both using the same apple ID for buying apps and both of you have turned on iCloud with that appleID? does your other daughter use a different appleID or didn't turn on iCloud.

if you you/her/all want to use iCloud to backup your contacts and calendar ect. to the cloud then you need to have your own appleID that you use to sign into iCloud, you can then use a shared appleID to buy apps (so you only have to buy them once). that way you won't end up with each others calendars/contacts ect.
