firefox crashes on start up and in safe mode

hi, i've just updated firefox but now it won't open, a crash report comes up immeadiately, tried restarting it and in safe mode and the crash report still pops up, i've unistalled it and then re-installed it but still have the same problem.
Any help appreciated!

Uninstall it and reload your old version. Never update programs immediately they are announced, wait a few months, as you can bet that there will probably be problems with new versions, after a few months the bugs may have been rectified.0
