Boxing Day buffet ideas

We've agreed to do the boxing day dinner this year. There will be approx 10 people. we've done boxing day in the past and its been a buffet of leftovers. We would like to do a buffet again so we can all just pick at food as we like to play board games. But we aren't doing Xmas day so technically wont have any leftovers!…

Asda have boxes of 60 nibbly bits reduced to £1 in the freezer sections as dates on them are end of the year, Chinese, Indian or... forgotten the other one, Mexican perhaps? Just throw in the oven
