Barrats had a good sale on, they had selected shoes/boots reduced as low as £3 a pair (probably last ones of that design).0

There weren't any girls school shoes in the sale though - only boys
would they not look a bit better with a couple of coats of polish?
If they still fit her and are wearable then I'd just polish them up - you'll be more concious of it than her probably. shoes are hardly seen - especially if they are wearing trousers
If you do want to buy some then how about Tesco's - they had some 'ballet pump' styles for £9 when I last went in there.
Have you got any factory outlet stores near you that might be worth trying?Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0 -
Just remembered there was a shoe shop (High Street) one but I cant remember the name of it who were having a buy a pair get one free. Its not one of the expensive shops they sell a lot of budget ones. You could mix and match so buy a kids pair and adult one if they had the ticket on.
Might be worth you looking along your high street and see if you can find that shop.0 -
Clarks shuMagic is amazing for covering up scuffs on school shoes etc. It's probably more expensive than ordinary polish but cheaper than a new pair of shoes. Also, if you buy her new shoes she'll probably just wreck those in a few days...That's Numberwang!0
