Hi, they can only be used at the Goldsmiths chain of Jewellers (although they can also be used on their website)

Hi, No unfortunately you cant. Below is the FAQ link from Goldsmiths website. Scroll down near the bottom and it answers a lot of the questions being asked on here.

I love the Swarovski things, too! Anyone looking for a small-spend treat should check out the Swarovski Crystal Pens -- writing pens with loads of sparkly crystals in the top. They are 25 pounds, you could cash in 5 quid worth of vouchers and add 5 in cash, or cash in 7.50 worth of vouchers, which would give you 30 to spend, in which case you could buy the pen and a pot of jewelry cleaner at 5 pounds. Refills for the pen are a pound in a swarovski shop and cheaper if you hunt around online.
I was hoping to buy several low-value gifts, (for birthday/Xmas pressies - & not buy them all at once), but I got large-denomination vouchers (£100) and as no change given - I had to treat myself at weekend instead!! Ah well - Never mind!! I bought some beautiful Armani Jewellery - the staff at Goldsmiths were perfectly OK about accepting the vouchers. (ps: the smaller gifts will probably be cheaper elsewhere).0 -
I ordered mine tues lunchtime - they came in saturday's post0
