Why does a charity that should have the welfare of the animals in mind, insist of them being vaccinated every year? Even in the veterinary community it is considered unnecessary as it can be so detimental to the health and well-being of the animal. I can understand that kennels use it as a lazy way to cover themselves for reasons of insurance, despite it being unnecessary, but surely the PAT organisation should know better?
