These guys are terrible, customer service is like nothing I have ever come across. Their representatives are so rude and pushy, be careful cause their own promises and website terms an conditions mean nothing to them. They will try and get money of of you no matter what, even by telling you they will sue you if you dont give them waht you want....

Would highly recommend not dealing with them if possible.

I need advice about this company.
Anybody else had troubles with them?
I bought Gumtree daily deals voucher in February (!) with their holiday offer and I had lots of problems trying to book that holiday or find any alternatives. That was 7 day stay in Canary Islands.
Before buying the voucher I was told that I can use it on May. I contacted the in one week after I bought my voucher and suddenly they told all places are booked for May.. and June.. so we waited and waited for some choises. Communication with them is very slow. They do not reply to emails for weeks. They even could not find any alternatives.
Finally after long wait, in the end of June they offered alternative for September, when we cannot go ( and they know it!!).

I think they made it on purpose so we cannot get our money back!

I don't trust them anymore and want my money back, but Gumtree says, that voucher is still valid till December 31, 2012, and it says 'subject to availability'.
