The 250ml conditioner wasn't included on the final screen after payment, anyone else get this?

Me too. Fingers crossed we'll still get it. When I check "my account" section for recent orders it doesn't show the conditioner, but my order confirmation email does.

Thanks for an amazing offer OP. I switched to natural and organic products a few years ago and it's really hard getting stocked up on a budget, and it costs so much to even try a product out, so offers like these are wonderful. Thank you!!
    :) Be nice - it's free! :)

  • Just ordered the starter kit and got the free shampoo and conditioner, free delivery and the samples but after payment stage it did miss one of the bottles out. However it does show on confirmation email like other MSE's.

Never even tried the stuff, just love a bargain ....:j

I want to order but can't help but think £15 is more than I want to spend on shampoo and conditioner. Though it does look good.

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
We got £120 of these for £3! My Mum was in John Lewis with some friends about a month ago, they had an offer of hand in an old shampoo and they will give a free shampoo and conditioner. They nipped down to a cheep shop and brought the cheepest shampoo on buy one get one free and got free ojon in return, I was in hospital and mum asked if she could have one for me too and they said yes! Then as they were in town for a long time a new member of staff came on so they returned and got another with a cheepy shampoo. Thus my Mum leaving with £120 worht of it for £3. I was very proud and said I had taught her MSE stuff well!! TBH I don't get the price though, it was ok but nothing to rave about, even aussie is better at a fraction of the price!
