  • Visidigi - many thanks for your suggestion - I will try as soon as possible to get something in writing - should have thought of it last night when they said it!

    To pick up on other points raised, I do not feel personally that less than 4 years is a reasonable length of time for it to expire, whilst I accept that tablet computers are a relatively new technology, I have an Acer laptop that was purchased for £500 that has served me perfectly well for the last 6 years and still going strong.

    Whilst not clarified, I was under the impression that the replacement would be like for like i.e. an original iPad - not an iPad2.
