Zanussi Dishwasher

Options
Just to warn people never to buy a compact dishwasher from Zanussi, we are on our third replacement dishwasher ( the first had a broken rubber foot on the base so was unstable, on the second the washer arm didn't work so didn't clean properly) and it still has problems, this one is leaking rinse-aid fluid.

Customer services were rude to my wife over the phone, I sent an e-mail to complain but am still waiting after a month.

They said that if they send out a technician and we are wasting there time we would have to pay for it.

All we want is a dishwasher that works. Trading standards say there is little we can do!

If anyone from Zanussi reads this I would just like to say that your company is pants!!!

Companies don't seem to care about their customers these days, profits are all that counts.

  • Do you mean the 5 or 6 setting dishwasher that fits on your worktop....??

We're on our second of these, our first one died at the beginning of last year, it wasn't heating up hence dishes weren't being washed properly. We had it about 6 years, I didn't see the point in getting it repaired so just bought a new one. Also, we had a Zanussi washing machine before, that lasted from 1998 to Xmas 2003; it was out of warranty when it went wrong and despite our best efforts to get it repaired, we couldn't find anyone to repair it so bought a new one. The new washing machine we bought just after Xmas 2003 (Ariston washer/dryer), lasted until Xmas 2005, it kept on overheating..... So we are now on our third washing machine, which is a Bosch Washer/dryer and it's fab......!!

Good luck with getting your dishwasher sorted.......
