Now, next thing is to get it starting with an 8!
Well done, I will be happy when our larger mortgage moves down into the £120. If we didn't OP anything else it will be November this year so my aim is to get there before that. Our OPs look like they may be much smaller in the future as we don't want to spread ourselves too thinly however if we can make £100 a month then we will hit our MFiT total which is better than nothing. I am wondering what I can do to make it happen by our wedding anniversary thoughMFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

4/7 eBay items sold - raised enough to pay for my trip in to London and afternoon tea etc.
Bag on eBay item sold and went for a little bit more than I was desperately hoping for, so not feeling so bad about selling it. Just waiting on the buyer to pay for it now.
Finally - our mortgage has dropped below the £100k Mark, whoop whoop!!!
Yay, great news on your mortgage balance Lula :j

Grrr, just typed a post and lost it!
Hi again Lula, just been having a better catch-up on your diary and I could see a few of you have been talking about Myers Briggs. It's made me want to go and have a look to see i can find what my own profile was as I sure as heck can't remmemer it.
Have any of you done DISC? Probably like many of you I've done loads of these things over the years but DISC and MB were the ones I found most intriguing.

Posted the eBay items this morning along with the bag as payment was received last night.
In addition, I sold another two of my beloved bags over the weekend. One is to fund another purchase, but the sale of two of them is to either save or overpay. I've stashed the cash in my own savings pot until I've decided exactly what to do.
DH was home today so we enjoyed a quiet lunch out.
Dinner tonight is some lentil chill with brown rice. Parmesan chicken for the boys.
Couple of Tilly tidies this morning.....
Feeling the need to make a mortgage overpayment, so I might need to go and mess around with my little savings pot before I spend all of my bag sale proceeds on magic beans...0 -
Sorted - 25% to Savings, 25% to Holiday Saves and 50% OP'd off the mortgage.......
I've decided that I will just update my signature once per month otherwise I'm getting confused!0 -
Just wanted to congratulate you on getting under 100k , fantastic :TMFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0
