Am currently with titan telecom got 3 liens with them with caller display.
but im thinking of changing as they are shut on weekends and night time so in case of a problem very hard to get to them would rather pay a fiver extra and get 24/7 support.

Honestly? BT, as they have the back up and deal with the matter from beginning to end - unlike many others who simply retail a BT service yet you only deal with the monkey and not the organ grinder. I found their our of hours service excellent but you do pay extra for this. Service guarantees are standard as is compensation for loss of service.0
