if the o/p hasnt then acted under DSR , i would then attend the "shoot" and once there, action and get their deposit back before doing anything else(accepting no excuses) after all they have kept their side of the bargain by attending and it was a "free" prize. Then get the hell out of there !"if the state cannot find within itself a place for those who peacefully refuse to worship at its temples, then it’s the state that’s become extreme".Revd Dr Giles Fraser on Radio 4 20170

Well I just got an email reply. They told me that the distance selling regulations don't apply because it's a leisure service. Though they didn't tell me that at the time. They didn't tell me anything about not being able to get a refund or the impact on my consumer rights. I'm hoping that by bringing that up I might get somewhere.
I've left a message with their customer services asking them to call me back.
Incredibly put out. I don't want to drag two people along with me to this thing. Though I get the feeling they'll get iffy if I try to just show up myself after they sold me three tickets.0

The main site here, or the studio's? I called Customer Direct and they told me that if the studio claims that it's a leisure service, they don't have to abide by the distance selling regulations.0
