When is it worth claiming on pet insurance?

    I dont think many will realise this by the sounds of it. You really need to claim or at least let your insurance company know if you have used the Vets and what for.

    Then should a bigger problem arise (something your furbaby has already been treated for but not claimed on) It will be classed as an ongoing and you wont have a problem. But and its a BIG but, they can turn round and say they not covering the condition because you hadnt let them know.
