I think it looks nice, and from the Streetview it looks like an area where people take care of/pride in their homes, which I take to be a good sign!
This particular house is also nicely done up.
The back garden is another positive....it's a fair size and doesn't seem to be majorly overlooked.
All in all, I would definitely consider this house as a strong contender!
PS Some of those conifers in the back garden look dead, but that is the only issue I can see and it is hardly a dealbreaker!:snow_grin"Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow........":snow_grin0 -
the only issue i have in my mind is steel frame, and the vender needs 230+0

I don't know about house prices in that part of the world, but it seems rather high: exactly twice the price of a BISF house in Bath!
It is immaculately done up as opposed to stepping into the 70s, but it's still a lot more...Solar install June 2022, Bath
