Hi
I have had a letter from Northern Rock saying I may be able to reclaim PPi on a loan from them, however this was years ago and I really dont remember knowing it had PPI on it. However thats not to say they didn't explain it to me etc, would I have had to sign something and can I phone to ask for a copy?
Thanks

In the letter they have sent, have they asked you to telephone them regarding this,or do you have to fill a questionnaire in?,what it is,do it and have your reasons for mis sell ready.
They know you had a loan with ppi,so get your claim in,dont wait for a copy of the agreement,Northern Rock are quick with the mis sells.0
