great for up here, handy for boot of car when out and about in the winter for an unplanned sledge at the mini hill between Avimore and the Cairngorms

may even help with clearing the first few layers of dusty snow

    FYI Pand P £1 for 2 or 3 then another 50p for 4th

Thinking about getting these rather than a sledge - has anybody tried them?
I have 3 that we ordered and used last year. They are fun as they do go quickly down the hill, but the problem is that you do get a wet bottom, plus it goes from under you, as they are only really a round bit of plastic with a short wobbly handle you hold onto. As another poster says it is just like a small tea tray idea. The kids much prefer the sledge as you are kept dry and don't fall off it on the way down the hill.
