The offers that sky advertise for having calls and line rental with them are they private use only what about a business that has a phone?
Also if there is a problem with the line who helps if you are not with BT?

The offers on main Sky site are residential only.
If you're not with BT whoever you pay line rental to is who you contact to sort any problems.
If you want a business service from sky you need to order from here
