Nationwide Football Shirt Prize Draw

I entered the prize draw on their web-site but Nationwide seem to be deleting the e-mails judging by this;

was deleted without being read on Thu, 25 Jan 2007 13:18:17 -0000

What is the point of having a prize draw if they
a) delete the e-mail entries, and
b) let the customer know that they have done so :mad:

Comments

  • Does seem a bit strange that you'd receive that message back, but they may be tracking the entries in another way (such as in a database), which means that the email was not needed.

    It's a bit silly to have that message coming back to you, so it might be worth contacting them to let them know and to make sure everything is alright with the draw.
  • what's probably happened is that they can see your e-mail address in the in-box, and the shirt you would like if you won - that's all they need.
