West Midlands Airport and BCP Parking

We planned to fly to Prague yesterday from Newcastle airport but as the airport was snowed in at Prague our flight was cancelled.
We were rebooked to fly again 5 hours later at the West Midlands airport - sadly Prague airport hadn`t reopened as expected as this flight was cancelled as well.
Now for the praise - West midlands airport were great - especially the bus driver back to the long stay car park - he sorted it all out for us so we didn`t pay a thing for parking and helped us back to the car with our luggage. What a great guy!
BCP? Well they said they couldn`t refund our £40 for parking at newcastle but then relented and have transferred this to another booking for when we fly again tomorrow ( hopefully!)

I am confused! there is no such thing as West Midlands Airport. Do you mean Birmingham or EAST Midlands Airport ?What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
