Advice on Potterton combi boiler

I need to change my existing Vaillant combi boiler as it is a temperamental nightmare!! Looked on Which comparison and am interested in the Potterton Gold C24 HE. I was wondering if anyone had this boiler and knew how reliable/efficient it was. Also if anyone could recommend a good plumber in the South West area of London. I am a complete dipstick when it comes to technology of any description and really do not want to get ripped off, so all advice gratefully received.

Hi, I can't help with the boiler, but after having problems with ours this week I was referred (from here actually) to this site:

https://www.DIYnot.com. I noticed there is at least one plumber on there in SW London (not my side unfortunately) who is giving advice, so maybe you might have some luck with him. Unfortunately I am still without hot water as everyone seems to be booked up!
